Funeral Potatoes Mini (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Mixture

01 - 1 teaspoon salt
02 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 cup sour cream
05 - 15 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
06 - 3 cups frozen cubed potatoes, thawed on the counter for half an hour

→ Corn Flake Topping

07 - 1/4 cup melted butter
08 - 2 cups corn flakes cereal

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Give it 5 minutes to sit after baking. Then dish it up and let everyone dig in.
02 - Scatter the cereal topping over your potatoes and pop it in the oven, uncovered, for about 35 minutes. You'll know it's ready when it's nice and golden and you see some bubbling.
03 - Drop corn flakes in a plastic bag, close it up, and gently smash them with your hands. Pour the crumbs into a bowl, add your melted butter, and stir until they're slick and coated.
04 - Scoop your potato mix into the baking dish and flatten it out so it’s all spread evenly.
05 - Throw the potatoes, chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar, garlic powder, and salt in a big bowl. Give it all a good stir so everything gets mixed up and the potatoes are well covered.
06 - Turn your oven on to 350°F. Spray a 7×11 or 9×9 dish with nonstick spray.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Let the potatoes thaw completely first so they cook properly and evenly.
