Set oven to 325°F. Coat a bundt pan with butter and dust with flour.

Beat the butter with sugar till light and puffy.

Mix in eggs one by one until they're fully blended.

Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.

Add flour mix and buttermilk to butter mixture in turns, starting and finishing with flour.

Mix vanilla and almond extracts into the batter.

Coat peaches with 1 tablespoon flour and gently stir into the mix.

Dump batter into your ready pan and bake for 70–80 minutes. Check with toothpick - it should come out clean.

Let cake sit in pan for 20 minutes, then flip onto a wire rack until totally cool.
