Pop your drink in the fridge till it's icy cold. Pour it over some ice cubes to serve. If you’re into fizz, splash on sparkling water right before you hand it out.

Grab a big pitcher and pour in your lemon-strawberry blend. Mix in all the coconut water. Taste as you add the cooled syrup—start out with 60 ml and sweeten more if it needs it.

Toss the strawberries and fresh lemon juice into your blender. Crank it up until the mix is super smooth.

Put the water and sugar into a glass bowl. Microwave it for about a minute and a half. Give it a stir so all the sugar melts, then let it chill in the fridge until it’s nice and cold.
