Strawberry Ginger Smoothie (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
02 - 1 tablespoon (10g) hemp seeds
03 - 0.5 inch (1.5cm) chunk fresh ginger, peeled then diced
04 - 1 cup (240ml) coconut probiotic yogurt
05 - 1 cup (145g) strawberries, fresh or frozen

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Sprinkle bee pollen or more hemp seeds on top if you feel fancy. Enjoy right away.
02 - Give it a quick taste. Add a little sweet stuff if it needs it. Pour into a tall glass.
03 - Want it thinner? Mix in just a splash of water or milk until you like the texture.
04 - Crank up the blender until the mix looks velvety and all mixed in.
05 - Drop in the hemp seeds, yogurt, berries, ginger bits, and vanilla. It helps to put the liquids on the bottom so it blends easier.
06 - Hull and wash your berries if they’re fresh. Dice up the ginger. Grab your measuring cups and spoons for everything.
