Slow Cooker Taco Soup (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 onion, chopped
03 - 3 cans (15 oz each) chili beans
04 - 1 can tomato sauce
05 - 1 can diced tomatoes with chilies
06 - 1 cup water
07 - 2-3 tablespoons taco mix
08 - Salt and pepper, as needed

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat up a pan and brown your ground beef completely.
02 - Toss chopped onions into the meat and cook until they smell good.
03 - Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of taco mix onto the meat and stir everything together.
04 - Dump your meat and onion mix into the crock pot.
05 - Pour in the chili beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and water. Give it all a good stir.
06 - Throw in the rest of your taco mix, then add salt and pepper until it tastes right.
07 - Set your crock pot to high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
08 - Add a handful of cheese and a dollop of sour cream when serving. Dig in!
