Tequila Sunrise Pops (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Juice Blend

01 - 30 ml lime juice, fresh
02 - 80 ml pineapple juice
03 - 180 ml orange juice

→ Alcohol

04 - 120 ml silver tequila

→ Garnish and Additions

05 - 24 ml grenadine (roughly 4½ teaspoons), for color layering
06 - 9 lime wheels, to top off

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Pour silver tequila, orange juice, pineapple juice, and lime juice into a big pitcher. Give it all a good stir so it’s mixed up well.
02 - Grab 9 small paper cups or popsicle moulds. Fill each with your mixture, but stop about a half inch from the top.
03 - Slowly add about ½ teaspoon (roughly 2.5 ml) grenadine to the middle of each cup. Pour slow so it settles at the bottom—this makes that sunny look.
04 - Place your filled cups in the freezer and leave them there for 1 hour.
05 - While those freeze, slice up 9 thin lime rounds. Make sure they’ll fit on top of your cups. You can use a spare cup to check the size if you want.
06 - Once the hour’s up, slit each lime slice in the center (about 1–2 cm). Pull the cups out, stick a popsicle stick through each lime, and lay the lime slice right on top of each semi-frozen pop. The stick should reach toward the bottom but not touch it.
07 - Slide the cups back into the freezer for at least 5 hours, or just leave them until they’re rock solid.
08 - When they’re fully frozen, peel off the paper cup or tug the popsicle out by the stick. They’re ready to eat right away.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Pour the grenadine super slow so you get a clear sunrise look. Let the pops freeze overnight for even better results.
