Once you take the pan out, let it chill a bit. Cut into pieces, then enjoy it warm or at room temp.

Stick the pan in the middle rack of your hot oven. Set your timer for 35–40 minutes. To check if it’s done, poke the middle with a toothpick—if it’s clean, you’re good.

Pour out your batter into the baking pan you greased. Use a spatula to spread it out smoothly.
