Cheese Dip Tuscan Style (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Cheese Dip

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese
02 - 1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach
03 - 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
04 - 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
06 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it warm up.
02 - Toss everything for the cheese dip into an oven-safe serving dish except 1/2 cup of mozzarella, which we'll sprinkle on top later. Don't worry about mixing or defrosting the spinach yet.
03 - Pop the dip in the oven and stir it now and then until all the cheese melts together.
04 - Sprinkle that saved 1/2 cup mozzarella on top and keep baking till it melts and starts to get a bit brown. Want it more golden? Switch to the broiler for a minute.
05 - Grab some chips or crostini and enjoy it while it's hot.
