Prosciutto White Hot Honey (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
02 - 2 tbsp hot honey
03 - 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
04 - 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded
05 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
06 - 1 lb pizza dough

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Once it's out of the oven, pour hot honey all over and toss basil on top. Slice it up and enjoy right away.
02 - Put your pizza in the oven on the hot stone or a pan. Let it cook 10 to 12 minutes so it turns golden and bubbly.
03 - Lay the prosciutto over the cheese, spreading it out so each bite gets some.
04 - First, scoop ricotta onto the crust, making sure you don't reach the edge. Then sprinkle on plenty of shredded mozzarella.
05 - Dust your counter with flour and press your dough into a 12-inch circle.
06 - Heat your oven up to 475°F (245°C). Pop in a pizza stone if you've got one.

01 - Best crunch happens when you slide the pizza straight onto a hot stone or steel.
02 - Let it hang out for a couple of minutes before you cut so the cheese stays put.
