# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 tablespoon monk fruit zero calorie sweetener
02 - 2/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
03 - 1 cup self-rising flour

→ Optional Glaze

04 - Water, as needed
05 - 1 tablespoon zero calorie powdered sweetener

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Dip every warm donut hole in the glaze. Make sure they're coated on all sides. Eat right away.
02 - Mix the powdered sweetener with a splash of water. Stir it up until it looks like a smooth glaze.
03 - Lay your dough balls into the air fryer basket. Let them cook for about 6 or 7 minutes at 400°F (204°C) till they're golden. Or stick them in the oven at the same temp till light brown.
04 - Split your dough into 20 little chunks, about 15 grams each. Roll each one up so it’s round and smooth.
05 - Toss the self-rising flour, Greek yogurt, and monk fruit sweetener into a bowl. Work it all together with your hands till it’s evenly mixed and you’ve got smooth dough.

01 - Don’t be shy when kneading—get in there with your hands till the dough feels even. A spoon won’t cut it.
