10 - Half a cup milk
11 - 10 ounces canned cream of mushroom soup
12 - One small onion, sliced thin

13 - Chopped parsley, fresh

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Oven goes to 350°F (175°C). Grab a 9×13 baking dish and give it a quick spray or swipe of grease.
02 - Toss ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion powder, pepper, egg, salt, and garlic powder in a big bowl. Mix gently so it's just together, then press into about 4 to 6 oval shapes.
03 - Set a skillet over medium heat. Sear patties a few minutes each side till they're golden but still plenty pink inside. Lay them out in your greased dish.
04 - Dump cream of mushroom soup, milk, and Worcestershire into another bowl. Stir or whisk until totally smooth. Pour this is over the browned patties.
05 - Layer the onion and mushrooms all over the top so they're nice and even.
06 - Cover the dish with foil and slide into the oven. Give it about 30–35 minutes, then take foil off and leave it in for 10 more until the sauce is bubbling and meat is cooked.
07 - Sprinkle parsley before serving. Great with mashed potatoes or noodles if you like.

# Additional Tips:

01 - You can swap cream of chicken soup if you want. For fewer carbs, almond flour works instead of breadcrumbs.
