Chicken Garlic Bowl (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 2 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
02 - 2 cups of chopped-up broccoli
03 - Any amount of black pepper you’re into
04 - Salt, however much you think tastes good
05 - One scoop olive oil

→ Creamy Garlic Sauce

06 - Half a cup of plain Greek yogurt
07 - 2 garlic cloves, mince ‘em small
08 - A healthy spoonful of lemon juice
09 - If you want, toss in some black pepper
10 - Salt, add to your liking

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Toss broccoli into bowls first. Add your sliced chicken next. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over everything and dig in.
02 - Give the chicken a minute to cool after cooking. Then just slice it up into strips.
03 - Throw Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a bit of pepper into a small bowl. Stir until smoothed out.
04 - Preheat that grill or your grill pan until it’s good and hot. Lay the marinated chicken on there. Flip once. About 6 or 7 minutes per side should get the middle to 165°F.
05 - As the chicken soaks in flavor, steam broccoli (or microwave it) for 3 to 5 minutes until green and tender. Let it cool a bit after.
06 - Cover the chicken breasts in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Make sure everything’s coated all over. Sit for 15 minutes.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Stir in some smoked paprika with your marinade if you want a smoky kick.
02 - Keep the sauce from the chicken and veggies till you serve so they stay fresh.
03 - Awesome for preparing ahead—just stash chicken, broccoli, and sauce apart for speedy meals.
