01 -
Top it all off with some parsley if you want. Serve everything hot. Goes great with mashed spuds or maybe even rice.
02 -
Pop those patties back in the pan. Scoop some gravy over them and let it all cozy up on low for five minutes.
03 -
Whisk in the beef stock slowly, scraping up the brown stuck bits. Pour in as much Worcestershire sauce as you like. Let it bubble just a little until it's a bit thicker—2 or 3 minutes should do.
04 -
Drop the heat to medium. Sprinkle in the flour and stir for a minute or two until you see a pale golden paste.
05 -
Get your oil nice and hot in a skillet on medium-high. Drop in the patties and cook three to four minutes each side so they turn brown and are cooked through. Take them out and set them aside.
06 -
Split the meat mix into four chunks and shape each one into an oval patty, about 2 centimeters thick.
07 -
Throw your beef, crumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a big bowl. Mix it just enough to bring everything together.
