# Steps to Follow:

01 - Eat these sandwiches while they're warm. If you want, have them with fruit or hash browns on the side. They're best right away.
02 - Start with one pancake. Pop on some cheese, then a sausage patty, then your egg square, plus bacon if you want it. Cap it off with another pancake. Do the same for the rest so you end up with 4 of these awesome sandwiches.
03 - Put the flour, milk, melted butter, egg, baking powder, maple syrup, and a dash of salt into a bowl and mix it up till it’s nice and smooth. Heat your skillet with a little butter on medium. Scoop about 3 tablespoons per pancake onto the skillet to make a few at a time. Watch for the bubbles (takes about 2 minutes), flip, cook just another minute, and boom—golden pancakes! Set those aside. Keep going till you’ve got 8.
04 - Crack your eggs into a big bowl with the milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk it all together so it’s really mixed. Melt a tablespoon of butter in your non-stick skillet over medium-low. Pour in a quarter of your egg mix, let the edges get firm (should be 1–2 minutes), then flip, give it another minute, and fold it into a square. Do this three more times so you end up with 4 egg squares.
05 - Take your sausage and make 4 patties about the same size. Warm up a big skillet on medium-high and cook each one for around 3 minutes on each side till they're browned and cooked all the way through. Take them out when done. If you’re adding bacon, cook those strips in the same pan till they're crispy—set them aside too.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Toss in some sautéed bell pepper or spinach with your eggs if you wanna get a bit of veg in.
02 - Feeling spicy? Add hot sauce or some sliced jalapeño before you stack your sandwich.
03 - Make these in advance and warm them up in the microwave or oven for a speedy grab-and-go breakfast.
04 - Switch up the cheese or swap sausage for bacon, ham, or even a vegan patty for a twist.
