Once they're nice and toasty, chop those rolls up and dig in while they're still warm. Have fun dipping them in anything you like.

Grab a brush and coat each tortilla roll with the melted butter. Place them in a preheated skillet and cook them for a few minutes on each side until they turn golden and crisp up.

Spoon a good amount of the cheesy beefy pasta mix onto each tortilla. Roll them up as tight as you can so nothing spills out.

Grab a big bowl, dump in your cooked pasta, cheese, bacon bits, ketchup, and mustard. Toss in the browned beef and give it a good mix until it's all combined.

Throw the ground beef into a heated skillet. Add in salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook till the meat's brown, then pour off the extra grease.
