Air Fryer Burgers (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Beef Blend

01 - 1 lb ground beef, 80% lean, 20% fat
02 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
03 - 1/2 tsp salt
04 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
05 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/4 cup BBQ sauce, if you like

→ Sides and Toppings

07 - 4 hamburger buns
08 - Your favorite sauces and toppings

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Grab a medium bowl. Toss the beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder till it's mixed well.
02 - Split the beef mix into four parts. Make each one a patty about half an inch thick. Press a little dip in the center to help cook it evenly. You can spread BBQ sauce on top if you want.
03 - Turn your air fryer on to 370°F and wait till it’s fully warmed up.
04 - Lay the patties flat in the fryer basket. Let them cook for 6 minutes.
05 - Flip each patty and cook 3 to 5 minutes more. Make sure they hit 160°F inside for safety.
06 - If adding cheese, put a slice on each patty and air fry for one more minute so it melts nicely.
07 - Take the patties out and place them on the buns. Add whatever toppings and sauces you like before serving.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Making a small dip in the patty stops it from puffing up and helps it cook evenly.
02 - Reaching 160°F inside the beef makes sure it’s actually safe to eat.
