Air Fryer Potatoes (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 4 big potatoes
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1/2 tsp salt
05 - 1 tsp dried herbs mix

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Move your hot crispy potatoes onto a plate right away. They're perfect for snacking or as a side—dig in while they're still warm.
02 - Pop your coated potatoes in the air fryer, laying them out evenly. Set it to 200°C (390°F) and let them cook for about 18 minutes. Give the basket a good shake halfway through. Want them crunchier? Add a couple more minutes.
03 - Toss those dry potato slices in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, the herb mix, and salt. Make sure each slice gets nicely covered.
04 - As you're slicing, drop potatoes into water to rinse off some starch. When you're done, drain and dry every slice really well with a towel or kitchen paper.
05 - Give your potatoes a good wash. Slice them up into rounds about 1/2 cm thick.

# Additional Tips:

01 - If you want those potatoes extra crispy, don't skip the drying step before you add spices or oil.
