Move your hot crispy potatoes onto a plate right away. They're perfect for snacking or as a side—dig in while they're still warm.

Pop your coated potatoes in the air fryer, laying them out evenly. Set it to 200°C (390°F) and let them cook for about 18 minutes. Give the basket a good shake halfway through. Want them crunchier? Add a couple more minutes.

Toss those dry potato slices in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, the herb mix, and salt. Make sure each slice gets nicely covered.

As you're slicing, drop potatoes into water to rinse off some starch. When you're done, drain and dry every slice really well with a towel or kitchen paper.

Give your potatoes a good wash. Slice them up into rounds about 1/2 cm thick.
