Lay out some parchment paper on a baking sheet, then crank your oven to 190°C and let it heat up.

Put pepper, garlic powder, salt, and beef in a big bowl. Squish everything together, then split it into four big patties.

Drop your beef bacon strips into a hot skillet. Let them sizzle till crispy. Take them out and set on some paper towels for a bit.

Pop the beef patties on your parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for around 15 minutes right in the oven.

Once patties hit 15 minutes, slide pineapple rings onto the tray. Let it all roast together five more minutes.

First, slather barbecue sauce on your buns. Next, toss on lettuce, stack up a beef patty, crispy bacon, pineapple, and a pile of onions. Dig in while it's still steamy.
