Bacon Pineapple BBQ (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Beef Mix

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
03 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Toppings and Build

05 - 4 pineapple slices
06 - 4 burger buns
07 - 4 slices beef bacon
08 - 1 cup lettuce, shredded
09 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
10 - 60 ml barbecue sauce

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Lay out some parchment paper on a baking sheet, then crank your oven to 190°C and let it heat up.
02 - Put pepper, garlic powder, salt, and beef in a big bowl. Squish everything together, then split it into four big patties.
03 - Drop your beef bacon strips into a hot skillet. Let them sizzle till crispy. Take them out and set on some paper towels for a bit.
04 - Pop the beef patties on your parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for around 15 minutes right in the oven.
05 - Once patties hit 15 minutes, slide pineapple rings onto the tray. Let it all roast together five more minutes.
06 - First, slather barbecue sauce on your buns. Next, toss on lettuce, stack up a beef patty, crispy bacon, pineapple, and a pile of onions. Dig in while it's still steamy.

01 - Want even more yum? Try toasting the buns just enough to get them golden before you start adding stuff on top.
