02 - ½ cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 egg
04 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
05 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 1 ¼ cups plain flour
08 - ¼ cup colorful sprinkles

→ Cream Cheese Layer

09 - 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, slightly warm
10 - ¾ cup white sugar
11 - ¾ cup yellow cake mix
12 - 2 teaspoons vanilla
13 - 4 eggs

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Put parchment paper in a springform pan and place it aside. Mix butter and sugar until they're fluffy and pale. Add in egg, vanilla, baking soda and salt. Slowly mix in flour until everything's just combined. Toss in the sprinkles, then push the dough flat across the bottom of your pan.
02 - Grab a big bowl and mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth and creamy. Add in the cake mix, vanilla, and eggs, making sure everything gets well blended.
03 - Pour your filling over the cookie base. Stick it in the oven for 55-60 minutes, until it's almost firm in the middle. Let it chill in the fridge for 4-6 hours before cutting. If you want, add some whipped cream, extra sprinkles, or cookie bits on top.
