Give everything a slow stir so the flavors blend well. Pour into glasses. Toss on some extra fruit or mint if you want. Drink right away.

Drop in the lime rounds, apple slices, fresh mint, and a few handfuls of ice to your pitcher.

Pour the matcha and syrup blend into a big pitcher, add your cold water, and make sure to leave room for the ice cubes.

Mix in as much maple syrup as you like into the matcha mix until it's dissolved well.

Spoon the matcha powder into a small bowl, splash in about 1/3 cup hot water, then whisk hard until you don't see any powder left.
