Chilled Matcha Drinks (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 to 3 teaspoons natural maple syrup, add as much as you like
02 - A bunch of fresh mint leaves
03 - 1 lime, cut into circles
04 - Some ice cubes, as needed
05 - 1 crisp apple, sliced thin
06 - 1 quart chilled water
07 - 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Give everything a slow stir so the flavors blend well. Pour into glasses. Toss on some extra fruit or mint if you want. Drink right away.
02 - Drop in the lime rounds, apple slices, fresh mint, and a few handfuls of ice to your pitcher.
03 - Pour the matcha and syrup blend into a big pitcher, add your cold water, and make sure to leave room for the ice cubes.
04 - Mix in as much maple syrup as you like into the matcha mix until it's dissolved well.
05 - Spoon the matcha powder into a small bowl, splash in about 1/3 cup hot water, then whisk hard until you don't see any powder left.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Try swapping out the apple for a few fresh berries if you wanna switch it up.
02 - If you want fewer carbs, stevia or monk fruit drops do the trick instead of maple syrup.
