Pop the coated bread rolls onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Slide them into a hot oven at 350°F (175°C) and let them get crisp and golden for 20 minutes.

Tightly roll up each filled slice. Start by dunking each one in melted butter, then roll them around in that cinnamon and sugar so they're completely covered.

Trim the crusts, then use a rolling pin to squish each slice of bread flat. Slather on the cream cheese mix right on top of each piece.
