Cheesy Garlic Burger Bombs (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 2 cloves garlic, smashed fine
03 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, cut into small bits
04 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, chopped into squares
05 - 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits
06 - 2 tablespoons butter, liquified
07 - 1 tablespoon parsley, finely cut

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn your oven to 375°F. Cook the ground beef with the smashed garlic until brown, then pour off any extra grease.
02 - Add both the small bits of Parmesan and squares of cheddar into your cooked meat mixture.
03 - Press each biscuit flat, put some meat mixture on top, then fold and press edges tight to close.
04 - Set your filled biscuits on a lined tray. Coat with melted butter and cook for 12-15 minutes till they turn golden.
05 - Let them cool a bit, sprinkle the cut parsley on top, and enjoy while they're still warm.
