Turn your oven to 375°F. Cook the ground beef with the smashed garlic until brown, then pour off any extra grease.

Add both the small bits of Parmesan and squares of cheddar into your cooked meat mixture.

Press each biscuit flat, put some meat mixture on top, then fold and press edges tight to close.

Set your filled biscuits on a lined tray. Coat with melted butter and cook for 12-15 minutes till they turn golden.

Let them cool a bit, sprinkle the cut parsley on top, and enjoy while they're still warm.
