→ Dipping Sauces (Optional)

16 - Honey mustard sauce
17 - Hot buffalo dip
18 - Ranch sauce
19 - Barbecue sauce

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Slice your chicken into strips about finger-width. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over.
02 - Mix your flour with spices in one bowl. Whisk eggs and milk in another. Put panko and cheese together in a third bowl.
03 - Roll each strip in flour first, then dip in egg mix, then coat with crumbs and press lightly.
04 - Pour oil in a pan and heat it up medium-high. Cook your chicken in small batches, about 3-4 minutes each side till they're golden and reach 165°F (74°C) inside.
05 - Warm your oven to 400°F (200°C). Put your breaded strips on a lined tray. You can drizzle some oil if you want. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flip them halfway, until they look golden and are fully cooked.
06 - Put fried strips on paper towels to soak up extra oil. Let them cool just a bit.
07 - Put them on plates right away with dips you like. You can add fresh herbs or extra Parmesan if you want.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Panko makes your chicken way crunchier than regular breadcrumbs do.
02 - You can buy ready-cut chicken strips to make things faster.
03 - Soak your chicken in buttermilk for a few hours before cooking for more flavor.
04 - Baking these strips is a lighter option compared to frying them.
