Stir the condensed milk with the peppermint extract together in a big bowl.

Slowly beat in the powdered sugar with your electric mixer until you get a firm dough that won't stick to your fingers.

Take the dough and make balls, put them on a tray lined with parchment, then squish them into flat circles about 2 inches wide and ¼ inch thick.

Stick the tray in your freezer and leave the discs there for roughly an hour.

Warm up the chocolate almond bark in your microwave, stopping every 30 seconds to stir until it's all melted smooth.

Drop each frozen peppermint disc into the melted chocolate, wipe off any extra, and set back on the parchment. You can toss some sprinkles on top if you'd like.
