DIY Mint Patties (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - ¾ cup condensed milk with added sugar
02 - 1 ½ teaspoons extract of peppermint
03 - 4 cups sugar that's been powdered

→ Coating

04 - 1 pound almond bark made of chocolate
05 - Sprinkles, if you want them

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Stir the condensed milk with the peppermint extract together in a big bowl.
02 - Slowly beat in the powdered sugar with your electric mixer until you get a firm dough that won't stick to your fingers.
03 - Take the dough and make balls, put them on a tray lined with parchment, then squish them into flat circles about 2 inches wide and ¼ inch thick.
04 - Stick the tray in your freezer and leave the discs there for roughly an hour.
05 - Warm up the chocolate almond bark in your microwave, stopping every 30 seconds to stir until it's all melted smooth.
06 - Drop each frozen peppermint disc into the melted chocolate, wipe off any extra, and set back on the parchment. You can toss some sprinkles on top if you'd like.
