01 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
02 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
03 - 6 slices bacon, chopped up
04 - 1 pound ground beef

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn your oven on to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease your square 8x8 dish and set aside.
02 - Fry cut bacon in your big skillet over medium heat until nice and crunchy. Scoop the bacon out with a slotted spoon, but keep the tasty fat in the pan.
03 - Toss the garlic and onion into the skillet with bacon grease. Stir them around until they smell good and the onion looks see-through.
04 - Dump in the beef. Break it up and cook until everything is nice and browned. Pour off any grease you don’t want.
05 - Put the crunchy bacon bits back in with the beef and onions. Give everything a good mix and let it cool down a bit.
06 - Crack eggs into a big bowl and whisk together with cream, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Keep whisking ’til it’s all even.
07 - Add the beef and bacon blend to your baking dish and spread it out. Sprinkle on one half of the cheddar cheese.
08 - Slowly pour the egg mix on top, making sure it soaks into the meat.
09 - Scatter the rest of your cheddar cheese over the top of everything.
10 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. When the cheese is bubbling and has a deep golden color, it’s ready.
11 - Take the dish out and wait 5 minutes so it’s easier to serve.
12 - Toss on green onions and tomato if you want right before you eat.
