Citrus Cheesecake No-Bake (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
02 - ½ cup melted unsalted butter

→ Center

03 - 2 cups softened cream cheese
04 - 1 cup sugar powder
05 - 1 cup whipped heavy cream
06 - 1 cup squeezed orange juice
07 - 1 orange, zested
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
09 - 1 packet unflavored gelatin (around 2 tablespoons)
10 - 2 tablespoons water, cold

→ Topping (if desired)

11 - Extra orange pieces or grated peel

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Mix your crushed graham crackers with melted butter in a bowl. Stir until everything sticks together, then push it down firmly into a 9-inch springform pan to create your base.
02 - Take a big bowl and whip the softened cream cheese until it's smooth with no lumps.
03 - Little by little, add sugar powder to your cream cheese while mixing continuously until it's completely blended.
04 - Pour in your whipped heavy cream, fresh orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla flavor. Beat everything at medium-high until the mix gets light and airy.
05 - Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl. Wait about 5 minutes for it to soak up, then warm it briefly in the microwave for 10 seconds until it melts.
06 - Gently pour your melted gelatin into the cream cheese blend, stirring constantly to mix it all together.
07 - Gently pour your cheesecake mixture over the base. Use a spatula to smooth the top evenly.
08 - Wrap the pan with plastic or foil and stick it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, but leaving it overnight works best.
09 - After it's set, take off the springform sides and top with extra orange pieces or zest before you serve it.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Letting it chill overnight makes the dessert easier to cut into neat slices.
