Put white chocolate morsels in a heat-safe bowl. Warm the cream and butter in a small pot until bubbles form at the edges. Pour this hot mixture over the chocolate and let it stand for 60 seconds. Mix until smooth. If needed, warm in the microwave with quick 10-second blasts.

Mix orange peel, orange flavoring, vanilla flavoring, and salt into your melted mixture. Cover the bowl with cling film and pop it in the fridge for about 2 hours until it's firm enough to work with.

After cooling, grab a small ice cream scoop or teaspoon to portion out the mixture. Roll each bit into small, neat balls. If the mix feels too gooey, stick it back in the fridge a bit longer.
