# What You'll Need:

01 - A few fresh mint sprigs (totally up to you)

02 - 2 juicy peaches, peeled, pit tossed, cut up

→ Liquid and Sweeteners

03 - 2 cups fizzy water
04 - 1 tablespoon runny honey
05 - 1 tablespoon tart lemon juice

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Drink right away for the best fresh flavor.
02 - Fill champagne glasses with your mix, add cold sparkling water, swirl a little, and pop some mint on top.
03 - Dump your peach blend into a pitcher, stir in honey and lemon juice, and mix till the honey’s disappeared.
04 - Toss your peach slices in a blender, whiz till smooth, pour through a strainer to lose the bits.
05 - Take the skins and pits off your peaches, then slice ‘em up.
