Strawberry Colada (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Dairy & Liquids

01 - 300 to 360 ml coconut milk (make sure it’s unsweetened)
02 - 150 g coconut Greek yogurt

→ Base Ingredients

03 - 210 g pineapple, frozen chunks
04 - 1 banana, frozen without peel
05 - 225 g strawberries, chilled and stems removed

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Drink right after making it—that’s when it tastes best. Don’t want layers? Toss everything in the blender for a quick all-in-one mix.
02 - Do another round with each layer—pineapple then strawberry—until you can’t add more. Go for strawberry on top to finish.
03 - Pour about a third of that pineapple mix into each cup. Drop in some strawberry puree and gently twist it through with a butter knife.
04 - Drop the frozen banana, frozen pineapple, coconut yogurt, and 300 ml coconut milk in your blender. Hit blend until it’s all one color. Too thick? Splash in up to 60 ml more coconut milk.
05 - Toss the strawberries in your food processor and blend until totally smooth and no chunks are left.
