Fruity Coconut Punch (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Drink Base

01 - 1½ cups coconut water or milk
02 - Optional: tiny bit of vanilla extract for extra flavor

→ Fancy Toppings

03 - Pineapple chunks
04 - Sliced strawberries

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Throw the pineapple, strawberries, orange juice concentrate, cream of coconut, coconut water, pineapple juice, and ice into your blender. Whizz everything until it's smooth and velvety.
02 - Empty your blended mix into a big pitcher or bowl. Stick it in the fridge for at least half an hour so it gets nice and cold and the tastes mingle together.
03 - Give the punch a good stir before you pour it over fresh ice in glasses. Top each glass with some pineapple chunks and strawberry slices.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Want it thicker and more slushy? Just use frozen fruit instead of fresh stuff.
02 - You really need cream of coconut for that sweet piña colada taste. Don't swap it for plain coconut milk unless you plan to sweeten it up.
03 - Wanna make this drink early? Mix everything but the ice and keep it cold. When you're ready to party, add ice and give it another quick blend or stir.
04 - You can keep any leftover punch in your fridge for up to 2 days. Just stir it well before drinking again.
